What happens if I have existing manufacturers’ contracts?
We want to avoid confusion with manufacturers and ensure that savings are maximized, so overlapping manufacturing agreements are carefully evaluated. If yours is better, no change will be made. This process implements only the best program and validates your existing agreements.

I need to control key proprietary items. Is this possible?
With Source1 Aggregation, you can continue to source key products and negotiate with key manufacturers. This flexibility allows our customers to focus resources while having coverage over the entire spectrum of products.

Is net pricing offered directly to the purchasing unit?
Deviated/net prices are available and will be implemented. However, most manufacturers offer deeper discounts which are not viewed at the distributor level. For this reason net pricing is not always available at the distributor invoice level.

Can I account for purchases and rebates at the operator level?
Yes, the data is detailed by location, purchased product, quantity, and generated rebate amount.
